Birthday Parties

Would you like to have a Music Party that children of all ages can enjoy?

UpBeat Louisville can host your party in our bright, airy studio OR

we can bring the music to your home party!

 

 

 

Scheduling:

 

Birthday Party scheduling is subject to teacher and studio availability. Please email the director to discuss the hopes and vision for your party and to see if someone can be available for your preferred date: [email protected].

 

 

Studio Parties include:

  • Access to studio and lobby 30 minutes before start time for setup.
  • Party for up to 15 children**, including birthday child and siblings.
  • 15 minutes of welcoming guests/mingle/free play.
  • 35-40 minutes music class led by an UpBeat Louisville teacher, including use of several instruments, props, favorite songs, parachute play, etc. We will build the party around your requests and our teaching expertise.
  • 30 minutes for food, cake, and the “Happy Birthday” song led by your music teacher.
  • 30 minutes clean up time, as needed.
  • We do not provide food/cake, but can provide a list of local vendors.

      **Additional children: $15 per child.

Packages start at $300. A $90 non-refundable deposit will be collected upon confirmed party agreement and availability. Gratuities are welcomed, but not required.

 

Home Parties include:

  • 35-40 minutes music class for up to 15 children**, led by an UpBeat Louisville teacher, including instruments, props, favorite songs, parachute play, etc. We will build the party around your requests and our teaching expertise.
  • A lead into the “Happy Birthday” led by your teacher (with accompaniment, when possible) immediately following the music class.
  • Packages start at $225. A $90 non-refundable deposit will be collected upon confirmed party agreement and availability.

      **Additional children: $15 per child.

      ***Additional fees may apply for travel outside a 15 miles radius of our studio.
